Throughout this document, 'we', 'us', 'our', words of similar meaning in and out of context, and any variation thereof, refers to Keitai Technologies Private Limited, the Twine app, other first party services that constitute to the entire platform at the time of writing this contract, and at any time in the future.
'You', 'your', 'user', 'person', words of similar meaning in and out of context, and any variation thereof, refers to the individuals or organisations who employ the services of Keitai Technologies Private Limited, the Twine app, and other third party services offered by its partners, the Twine brand, and partner vendors.
'Vendors', 'businesses', 'shops', words of similar meaning in and out of context, and any variation thereof, refers to the partner vendors who are associated with us and offer their products or services through the twine app and other supporting features and services.
'Items', 'services', 'products', 'commodity', 'units', or any such words similar in meaning in or out of context refer to the services that are offered, products that are sold, or tariffs/rentals that are payable to us, or our partner vendors.
Any use of the above terminology in singular, plural, past, present, or future are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
This service is owned and provided by Keitai Technologies Private Limited in association with our partner vendors, business partners, and the Twine brand. Keitai Technologies Private Limited offers this service, including all information, tools and items available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging in our service. By continuing further, engaging in service, purchasing any products, or by browsing through the options, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not engage in our services.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current service shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on our website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Since we are a marketplace/service aggregator type business, we aggregate the products or services from our partners, the value of transactions varies quite significantly. The range of prices is directly subject to the type of service that you choose to avail.
Schedule of payment
Owing to the large expanse of the types of services provided by us, some services may be utilised for longer periods of time than others, purely depending on the availed service. Some services may also have fixed/variable/scheduled payment options rather than that of one time purchase.
Items purchased/services availed by you will be valued throughout the life of the order at the price they were bought at, irrespective of sales discounts and offers. Any refunds or returns by you will carry forward that same price.
When working with such a large number of vendors, providing such a large number of products and services, there may occur some errors in the pricing. We will try our best to work towards a conclusion if a dispute arises because of the same. The maximum possible refund/compensation for the item/service wrongly bought will be limited to the price of the single commodity which was wrongly priced.

Services offered and products sold on our platform are for personal use only. You may not resell the product or service to another individual or party.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell products or services if we believe that you may be violating the above condition or intending to harm our property or business interests.
Our services are offered for sale by the company and for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse to provide services to anyone based on our decision.
Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
Our policy for refunds and exchanges lasts for only 30 days, unless specified explicitly on a per item or per category basis. There may be additional cases in which refunds and exchanges are entirely invalid like in the example of personal hygiene items.
If more than 30 days have gone by, we have no obligation to arrange a refund or return between you and your vendor, but still may do so in exceptional cases.
Refunds and Exchanges
Physical goods bought on our platform may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of the transaction occurring. (Exceptions only if explicitly stated)
Additionally, perishable items such as foods, flowers, newspapers or magazines may not be refunded or exchanged. Some other items including sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable fluids, etc are not eligible for return. (Exceptions only if explicitly stated)
Certain software goods, gift cards, personal care and healthcare items are also exempted from refunds.
Certain products may not be replaceable due to limited availability or low stock.
In such cases, we may only offer you refunds.
Goods and services elligible for full or partial refunds will be refunded within 7-10 days from the date of the original refund request placed.
In case of online payment, refund method will be the same as the mode of original payment. In case of cash on delivery, you will be able to select between credit that can be used for future purchases, or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Additional terms and conditions may be put in place by the individual sellers and vendors that who join our platform, please read their policies before making a purchase. By making a purchase from the vendors, we expect you to have read and understood their policies, and you will be bound to the terms stated within it.
Further, at the time of temporary sales, offer, coupons, or other such circumstances, there may be additional conditions applied to pricing, refunds, or exchanges etc., and will be explicitly stated.
Late or missing funds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, as sometimes refunds get processed without any notification to you, the user.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

On sale items
There may be several instances where items that are being returned (or refunded) may have been bought on sale or using promotional offers or discounts or coupons etc.
The maximum extent of refund will be less than or equal to the original value of the transaction.
In case a return or exchange is organised you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
