'Vendors', 'businesses', 'shops', words of similar meaning in and out of context, and any variation thereof, refers to the partner vendors who are associated with us and offer their products or services through the twine app and other supporting features and services.

'Items', 'services', 'products', 'commodity', 'units', or any such words similar in meaning in or out of context refer to the services that are offered, products that are sold, or tariffs/rentals that are payable to us, or our partner vendors.

Any use of the above terminology in singular, plural, past, present, or future are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.


This service is owned and provided by Keitai Technologies Private Limited in association with our partner vendors, business partners, and the Twine brand. Keitai Technologies Private Limited offers this service, including all information, tools and items available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By using our app, availing our services, and transacting business with us and our vendors, you engage in our 'service' and agree to be bound by the following privacy policy, including the additional policies like terms of service, and the pricing policy that are defined by us, available in public domain. These Terms and conditions apply to all users of this service including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors to the platform.

What information we collect and what we do with it

Phone Number: We require your phone number to be able to identify you as a unique user, to send you OTPs for login, and updates on your orders and other critical information

Name: We require your name to be able to address communication to you, and to forward it to our vendors at the time you place an order, for them to be able to address you by your name.

Address: We require your address to be able to forward to the vendors you place orders with, so they can execute delivery of your order

Email Address: We require your email address to be able to communicate with you, send invoices, and to communicate other important information

Razorpay account info: We require your Razorpay account information (usually your own phone number) to be able to log you in automatically for every session

IP address: During your sessions we get your IP address to be able to send you server responses and display content on your device. We do not use this to identify you in any way apart from what is necessary to send you the data that's required.

Browser and Operating System: We collect information about your device and operating system to be able to show you the right version of the service, and to maintain your sessions across devices.

Contact info: With your permission, we may send you messages and/or emails about new offers and other updates related to your account, your use of the service, and your purchases


We use cookies to maintain your session, provide cart facility, and store other temporary data that is critical to our service, and makes your use of our service more convenient.
We do not use cookies to identify you personally in any way.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
